Wedding Ceremony: The people involved in the parade will join the ceremony circles and then we begin!
Please have your stone/crystal or bead ready at this time!
We recommend keeping an open mind and open heart so we can all be transformed by a circle of love and lots of beautiful people!
Chatting and Games: Well you know what that means!!
during this time polly, tim and family will be doing their photo shoots and then joining on the fun and appetizers. This is a good time to prepare anything for the pot luck dinner too..
Potluck Dinner: Please bring a pot luck dish to share and be aware of those who have allergies (peanuts, cashews, pistachios, peas, squash and maybe other nuts). So labelling is a must, for ingredients, your dishes and serving utensils.
Please be aware that there is no oven space for heating up dishes. But there are stove top spaces for pots and pans and barbecues. Perhaps cool dishes would be easier.
We have a big freezer with ice in it for keeping things cool, but if you can please bring your own cooler that is labelled
Please bring your food in a serving dish with serving spoons thats labelled.
We will provide a bottle of red and white wine for each table during dinner.
Please BYOB (bring your own booze) and stuff... :) this can be for the Potluck dinner and/or Party.
There will be a tiny limited cash bar. Just in case :)
There will be a time during speeches and songs for anyone who wants to sing us all a song, poem or lovely words. This is to be fun not nerve wracking :)
Party: Last but not least is the grand party!! so its time to put on your dancing shoes or just take them off and have a blast! Please bring your instruments to jam later in the evening, or play us a fun song. Any costumes or fun dress up things are encouraged!
There will be a tribal dance later in the evening for all to join in and get your wild side out!
Extra notes: The timing of things will naturally happen when it does.... as none of these times are set in stone because we want everything to flow well. This wedding is not about its time and schedule.... but the flow of gentle tides in the water.... or the clouds shifting from one to the next.... sorta speak....

Things to be aware of:
This is the hottest and driest summer on the Sunshine Coast we have had in a long time. We had a large forest fire earlier and we are on extreme water restrictions.
So there is no fires and smoking only in designated areas with tin cans for butts. PLEASE be very careful, this is a beautiful rain forest that is tinder like a match box. There is not much water, so please restrain from using too much... we are watering our big garden with dish and shower water with buckets!
Crystal Creek is a beautiful land here on the sunshine coast we should keep it that way so please pack out what you pack in and be respectful to this lovely place.
